....(Or on the Selly Oak Safari)
On the 31st August, our Inclusion+ group set out on the seas of Birmingham, using funding from the National Lottery Community Fund to explore the "Self Oak Safari"a 3-hour boat trip along some of Birmingham's vast Canal network.
The group enjoyed sightseeing, music, food and each others company, experiencing their local environment in a new way. But let's see what they have to say about it:
"I had an amazing time. It was my very first time on a Barge and I loved it!"
Amar
"It was great music, great food and was my first time on a Barge. It was the best time ever!" Hannah
"I liked the boat ride and waving at everyone as we passed and seeing them all wave back." Liam
